    Yes, all of our homes have free driveway parking. 4 cars- FL homes 1 car- CA
    How far is Disney from the homes?
    Melbourne: 1 hour by car Seminole, Largo and Pinellas park: 1.5 hours by car
    How far is the nearest beach?
    15 minutes or less to several beaches

    Any cancellation will incur a 4% processing charge.

    To facilitate a seamless check-in experience, we request you to complete the pre-check-in form provided. Please be advised that door codes will only be activated once the pre-check-in form is finalized. This is part of our pre-check-in requirements, as stated on our listing. You will need to upload your ID & digitally sign a rental agreement for verification purposes.

    Unfortunately, due to insurance and permitting, no parties or events at the homes. Max guests at anytime is the amount of guests the home sleeps. Covering the front door camera is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will lead to the immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund. 4 cars max parking (FL homes), 1 car max parking (CA).

    Everything we needed for a beach vacation with our children was available to use! It made traveling so much easier. We didn’t need to worry about beach chair, toys, umbrellas, coolers, or towels! Made packing a breeze. The property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Our kids really enjoyed the outdoor space with the heated pool, play set, and a large yard to play in. The beach was nearby and plenty of restaurants and things to do also close by. I would definitely stay here again!

    This was my first time using Airbnb and I must say, Morgan and her home made the experience enjoyable and memorable. The home was stocked with everything needed and more. The pool being covered was a plus because it kept the bugs away. I enjoyed spending my time there. The location was perfect due to it being close to all of the stores and restaurants and the beach. Morgan was a gracious and attentive host. I appreciated her communicating and checking in with me during my stay. My family and I loved the space as a whole. Morgan's place made me feel right at home and I would definitely book with her again.

    Morgan’s place was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. Everything you see is what you get! It was incredibly clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with anything and everything you may need to cook throughout your stay. Everyone slept comfortably, including our infant who was able to use the pack n play readily available at the house. The backyard was great with a very large, clean pool and a swingset for our toddler to play on. Morgan and the co-hosts were very responsive to any question and helped make our vacation as comfortable as possible. The location is also nice as it’s close to various beaches and not far from Tampa so we were able to visit Madeira, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater beaches as well as go into Tampa for the zoo and aquarium. It’s a great place for a family getaway!

    My family and I had an amazing time in Largo- the house is clean and fully equipped with all things needed for children including infants. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Everything was as we expected- we felt safe, comfortable and able to enjoy a beach vacation with little ones with all the necessary amenities to keep their schedules close to normal.. the host even secured a baby monitor for our stay. Lovely place.

    The house was exactly as described. The playground was so much fun for my grandchildren and the pool was excellent for all of us to enjoy. Morgan was great and had excellent communication, we highly recommend renting from her as she was a very good host. Very close to beach, shopping, putt putt, go karts etc etc....a little less then 2 hour drive to Disney....All and all a Great House and Excellent Host!!!

    Perfect spot for our family of 5. The home was exactly what we needed. The pool was great as our kids love to swim...especially after a busy day of being out and about. Plus there is a TV outside and some shade so the adults can hang there as the kids swim. Super close to everything....especially the beaches. We went to Clearwater, Madeira, and Indian Rocks Beach with ease. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within minutes. Close to Clearwater airport. Quiet community away from the main traffic but close enough to be minutes away from almost anything you would need. Morgan was super responsive to any questions we had. The minor issues we had were fixed very quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone with a family of 5. Could fit more if you want to double up in the beds. Thanks Morgan for providing great accommodations and helping to make it a very memorable vacation.

    We really enjoyed our time at Morgan's property. We pretty much lived in the pool from sun up to sun down (and the amount of towels available to support this was outstanding). We also enjoyed cooking out and lounging in the backyard. The neighbors let us know about a rocket launch which was cool to see and hear. We enjoyed James Nance Park for a beach day and had 2 fantastic dinners at Hemmingway's Tavern and Crush XI. We also spent an enjoyable day at Field of Dreams park (a stone's throw from the property) for my niece's birthday. We will certainly look for Morgan's property again for the next family visit!

    We had an amazing time at Morgan’s oasis! The pool and hot tub were phenomenal. The salt water was better than I could have imagined. We spent most of our time in the backyard. The deck is huge, including an awesome grill and many fun outdoor games to play. There really is something for everyone. The game room was also a huge hit. The entire house was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Morgan was an incredible host. Highly recommend and we would definitely book again!

    We genuinely enjoyed our stay at The Love Shack. We were very sad to have to leave and we contemplated for a while spending a few more days out there which Morgan was more than willing to give to us at a great deal. Place was very clean and cozy. We stayed in the cabin the whole time we did not feel the need to have to leave and it was a great time I would highly recommend if you're looking for a romantic getaway.

    GREAT place to stay for a lovers getaway. This home was perfect for me and my boyfriend. Peaceful , beautiful scenery , spotless home , responsive hosts! The house had lovely decor, it is in a great place - me and my boyfriend were able to go hiking , rented a pontoon boat and ate a lot great restaurants that were nearby the Airbnb. The hosts did a great job adding some special touches like the his/her robes , board games, and a “welcome” book full of big bear recommendations! The kitchen was lovely and full of appliances. The backyard had a lovely fire pit, grill, and hot tub! We really enjoyed and would love to come back.

    Our stay was with our kids and 6 grandchildren, ages 2-9, so 11 total. The pool and outdoor oasis were the BIGGEST hit here. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Nice big kitchen and quiet neighborhood. Very clean and not one bug found inside! We had a kitchen sink plumbing issue mid-week but it was IMMEDIATELY addressed by Morgan and her plumber arrived within the hour of it being reported. The beaches are within about a 20 minute drive if traffic is light. Just a WONDERFUL place and certainly worth the $$. We had a fun week at “ our new house” as our 2 year old granddaughter Morgan would say.
